Trial & acceptance checks
- Observe foaming and product carryover under the intended conditions.
- Compare before/after samples using a documented method.
- Check any aroma or water losses that matter to the product specification.
Move & protect
Assess entrained-air removal and oxygen exposure as part of the colour and filling discussion.

Selected when the agreed oxygen/air-control strategy calls for it.
A proposed deaerator needs controlled product distribution, a vacuum arrangement, level management and appropriate vapour handling. The supplier should identify where this module sits relative to heating and buffering.

Vacuum and residence conditions
Air/foam assessment method
Model, installed power, envelope dimensions and offered capacity are confirmed together in the equipment proposal. The values must refer to the agreed product and conditions.
Match feed pressure, vacuum protection and downstream transfer. Changes in level or temperature must not interrupt the product route.
Next connected duty →Inspect distribution surfaces, seals and vapour-side contamination routes. Include vacuum-system protection in the clean/operate transition.
Deaeration is not a substitute for a validated preservation process and does not guarantee a fixed colour or shelf life.
