Trial & acceptance checks
- Confirm the physical package interface using actual samples.
- Measure filling, handling and changeover as a complete cycle.
- Define fill accuracy, residual product and package integrity checks in acceptance.
Finish & pack
Connect the ingredient to the intended bag, container and distribution route without confusing filling with product preservation.
Puree at the agreed filling condition
Filled package within the defined preservation system

Puree at the agreed filling condition
Filled package within the defined preservation system
Included when a package and preserved-product route have been confirmed.
A filling station needs a compatible product inlet, fill-control method, package handling and a confirmed closure/fitment interface. Aseptic filling adds a separately defined sterile boundary and validation scope.

Product temperature and distribution plan
Model, installed power, envelope dimensions and offered capacity are confirmed together in the equipment proposal. The values must refer to the agreed product and conditions.
Coordinate upstream capacity, buffering, container movement and operator tasks. State whether the scope ends at the filler or includes handling after filling.
Next connected duty →Plan the inlet, filling head, seals and package-change procedure. Cleaning and pre-sterilization require distinct verification where aseptic service is proposed.
An aseptic bag or filler label alone does not validate the full process or the shelf life of the filled puree.
