Ingredient applications

Prepare the banana ingredient before blending.

A mixed-fruit recipe needs a defined banana puree ingredient and a clear connection to the blender. Select the banana preparation and core process separately from other fruit handling.

Specify the banana component

Record the fruit condition and banana proportion used in the target blend. Provide the ingredient reference and the assessment method. The blend recipe can inform the texture target but does not replace a trial of the banana feed.

Choose a useful puree endpoint

Compare pulping and refining against the blend requirement. Record fibre, particles and retained mass at the same sampling conditions. Identify whether downstream blending changes the final texture or only combines prepared ingredients.

Arrange controlled transfer

Provide batch size, blender elevation, connection details and operating temperature. Assess the puree pump with the real suction condition and connected pressure. Include the sequence for adding the banana ingredient and ending the batch.

Coordinate the product boundary

State which blending, heat treatment and packaging equipment is already installed. Define the acceptance condition at the banana-line outlet and the cleaning handover. Other fruit machinery is a separate scope, not an assumed part of this banana line.
