What the pulper receives
The pulper needs controlled flesh feed at the agreed ripeness and temperature. Its reduction chamber and drive arrangement are selected for this material. Inspect unbroken pieces, feed continuity and temperature rise in the trial.
What the refiner changes
A refiner uses a selected screening arrangement and a retained-material discharge. Texture criteria and screen loading determine whether the proposed configuration is useful. A finer screen is not automatically the better choice for every ingredient.
Compare the complete result
Use the same material and sampling method across alternatives. Measure accepted puree and retained material, observe temperature and assess discharge behaviour. Evaluate texture alongside recovery and handling rather than comparing appearance alone.
Connect the machines
Balance flesh feeding, pulper output, refiner discharge and the downstream pump. Confirm whether the offer combines the duties or supplies distinct modules. Request the screen-access, isolation and cleaning arrangements for the offered equipment.
