Equipment selection

Plan the connections as carefully as the machines.

The line needs space, services and access suited to the offered equipment. Provide the site constraints early so product flow, maintenance and cleaning can be assessed together.

Layout and access

Provide the available area, access doors, floor levels and the route for bringing equipment inside. Show the upstream and downstream equipment. Allow room for screen removal, safe isolation, operator positions and cleaning access.

Electrical and thermal services

State available electrical supply and any thermal services. The offered drive and heating arrangement determine the final loads and connections. Do not size site services from an unrelated machine rating or a generic photograph.

Water and drainage

Identify water quality, supply conditions, drainage and effluent responsibility. Fruit washing, product-contact cleaning and waste handling have different purposes. Keep dirty receiving water and peel waste away from exposed flesh and puree.

Commissioning boundary

Agree mechanical installation, service connections, instrument checks, product trials and cleaning verification. Provide the site team and handover requirements. The final utility schedule and equipment dimensions belong with the actual offered drawings.
