Equipment selection

Capacity needs a measurement point.

Whole-fruit input, peeled-flesh feed and accepted puree output are different figures. A useful equipment brief states which one the production target refers to and under what product conditions.

Keep preparation figures separate

Whole fruit includes peel and rejected material. Receiving and washing capacity does not determine the flesh delivered by the peeling station. Measure the flesh collection point and record interruptions as well as steady operation.

Name the puree endpoint

State whether the requested output is pulp before refining or accepted puree after refining. Record retained material separately. Product conditions and the selected texture criterion influence the accepted output from a representative trial.

Balance the connected stages

Match feeding, size reduction, screening, transfer and downstream processing. Identify which stage limits the agreed duty. Buffer volumes should have a defined working purpose and hold time, rather than concealing an unbalanced line.

Include your operating schedule

Provide hours per shift, intended run duration, batch changes and planned cleaning intervals. These facts help distinguish the steady machine duty from the daily production objective. Confirm capacity against actual product trials and the offered equipment.
