Process & interfaces

Connect finishing to the product destination.

The core line makes and transfers puree. Air removal, heating and filling are selected around product evidence and the intended preservation route; they are not universal add-ons.

Assess air control

Define the colour or entrained-air assessment method and product conditions. Review enclosed handling and any proposed deaeration together. A vacuum module does not by itself establish the product preservation process.

Select the heating duty

Provide formulation, product envelope, flow range and required process responsibility. Assess passage geometry, pressure and fouling over the intended run. Product safety conditions belong to the validated specification rather than a generic equipment page.

Agree the package

Provide container, liner or bag/fitment documentation and target fill mass. Select the connected pump and filler for the actual fill temperature and viscosity. Specify container handling and the product-path boundary.

Close the system interfaces

Confirm controls, transfer, cleaning and handover to storage or an existing customer process. A frozen-bulk route and an aseptic route have different responsibilities. Identify what is supplied and what remains with the customer.
