Ingredient applications

Puree production connected to a freezing route.

A bulk puree line can hand over product for freezing, but a filling machine is not a freezer. Specify the container, filling condition and cold-chain responsibilities before choosing the finishing scope.

Define the container

Provide container or liner details, target fill mass and the handling method. Discuss how the container is presented, filled, closed and moved away from the product area. Fitments and closure requirements influence the actual filling interface.

Control the filling condition

Agree product temperature, viscosity and the accepted fill variation. Compare the pump and filler together under these conditions. Include start-up, pauses and the remaining product at the end of a batch.

Separate the freezing responsibility

Document where freezing and refrigerated distribution sit in the project. Confirm the transfer to the cold store and handling method with the responsible team. The puree machinery proposal must identify any freezing equipment outside its supply.

Keep quality and safety evidence distinct

Define formulation, pretreatment and product acceptance with the relevant process responsibility. Texture or colour observations do not establish microbial safety or storage life. These belong to the agreed product and preservation specification.
