Equipment selection

Turn your production goal into an equipment brief.

You do not need every engineering answer before contacting us. The raw material, target ingredient and named capacity basis provide a useful starting point; unresolved conditions can be listed for discussion.

Describe your starting material

Say whether you receive whole bananas or peeled flesh. Include known cultivar, ripeness, storage history and product temperature. Explain the fruit or ingredient packaging and the required preparation boundary.

Describe the output

Provide a reference puree or the texture and fibre acceptance method. Name the intended application and downstream process. If the preservation or package is undecided, state that rather than choosing an arbitrary finishing module.

Give the capacity basis

Identify the kg/h measurement point and operating schedule. Keep whole-fruit input, flesh delivery and accepted puree separate. Include batch changes, run duration and important start/stop conditions where known.

Attach the practical constraints

Provide a layout or dimensional limits, utilities, target package and existing-machine connections. Identify equipment-only versus installation responsibilities. A sample-trial brief can help resolve uncertain feeding, refining and transfer conditions.
