Base-line scope

From accepted flesh to a defined puree.

The core line creates and transfers the ingredient. Whole-fruit preparation is included only when the incoming material requires it.

Two ways to enter the same core process

Whole bananas need receiving, washing, peeling and flesh inspection. Purchased peeled flesh starts with ingredient acceptance, packaging removal and controlled feeding. Keeping those routes separate prevents unnecessary preparation equipment.

Where the base line ends

The outgoing puree condition and transfer connection must suit the next process. Core pulping and refining do not by themselves establish preservation, commercial sterility or finished-product shelf life.
