Sample trial requirements
A useful trial starts with a defined sample.
Describe the fruit and measurement conditions before comparing machines. Build a short brief and carry it into the project enquiry.
What to measure in the trial
- Input, rejected material and accepted puree at named points
- Viscosity with temperature and instrument/method
- Feed consistency and pump pressure across the actual route
- Colour or texture using an agreed comparison method
- Fouling, stop/restart behaviour, drain-down and cleaning access
What a trial does not establish alone
A sample demonstration does not establish all cultivars, every ripeness condition, microbial safety or the shelf life of a packaged product. Define the tested scope and the unresolved decisions.
Your generated brief will appear here. You can still send a project enquiry without completing this optional record.
