Process & interfaces

A useful line also works at the end of the run.

Drain-down, safe isolation and cleaning access belong in the equipment configuration. Plan how product leaves each machine and how the team verifies the line before the next batch.

Follow retained product

Identify hold-up in hoppers, feeder outlets, refiner chambers, pumps, valves and filling connections. Give retained product a safe recovery or disposal route. A line drawing does not establish that every section drains by gravity.

Separate circulation and dismantling

Name the parts cleaned in place and the parts opened or removed. Inspect screens, seals and low-flow branches. A central cleaning unit is useful only when the actual cleaning path and return conditions are established.

Provide maintenance access

Check how operators isolate drives and reach product-contact parts. Include lifting or removal space where required. Cleaning verification and correct reassembly must be practical with the offered equipment arrangement.

Agree the changeover endpoint

Record the product soil, planned run duration and inspection method. Cleaning procedures require validation for the product and machine. Do not copy a fixed chemical recipe or assume the next product can run without the agreed checks.
