Receiving and inspection, washing, sorting/inspection, peeling and flesh inspection, peel handling and conveyors. Purchased peeled flesh starts at acceptance and inspection instead.

Core puree
Feed hopper and feeder, pulping machine (one or two stages), refining machine, screens, transfer pump, buffer or holding vessel where required.

Finishing
Deaeration assessment, heat treatment, holding/cooling, bulk filling, aseptic filling and package handling. These are selected by destination, not by default.

Services and controls
CIP system, control panel/PLC, instruments, guarding, platforms, spare parts and documentation. The scope boundary for installation and commissioning should be explicit.

Before you enquire
Practical questions
Do I need every item on the list?
No. The list shows the possible scope. A peeled-flesh bulk line will not include washing or peeling, and a frozen line may not include aseptic filling.
Can I buy the line in stages?
Yes, if the layout, utilities and control architecture allow it. Plan the future finishing or capacity expansion before the first stage is installed.
